How we work
De-identified by design
Requests carry requirement bands only — age band, care needs, mobility, funding type. No names, addresses, DOBs or NHS numbers ever touch the platform. Identifying detail is shared directly between the parties, after award.
Verified, not just listed
Care providers carry their CQC rating. Credentials such as DBS, CHAS and transport licensing are checked before a provider receives the verified badge.
