Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the PlacementHub platform. They are written in plain English and apply to all invited users.
PlacementHub introduces commissioners to vetted providers. It is not a party to the care, cleaning or transport contracts that result, and it never stores resident-identifying information.
1. Who we are
PlacementHub is operated by Aclean Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”), United Kingdom. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms. Access is by invitation and intended for councils, brokerage teams, care homes and registered providers.
2. Accounts & access
Accounts are created by invitation and are personal to the named user. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment or breach of these terms.
3. Requirements only — no resident data
Requests must describe needs as de-identified requirement bands only. You must not enter names, addresses, dates of birth, NHS numbers or any information that identifies an individual. Identifying and clinical detail is exchanged directly between the council/care home and the awarded provider, off-platform, by secure means.
4. Provider listings & credentials
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, availability and the credentials they present (e.g. CQC registration, DBS, licences). Verification badges indicate a check was carried out but are not a warranty; commissioners remain responsible for their own due diligence.
5. Bids, awards & contracts
A bid is an offer to provide a service at the stated rate. An award introduces the two parties; the resulting care, cleaning or transport contract is between the commissioner and the provider. PlacementHub is an introduction platform and is not a party to that contract.
6. Fees & commission
PlacementHub charges commission on confirmed placements — currently 4% of the first week's value for care placements and 5% for cleaning and transport, billed to the commissioning council on a monthly statement, or per job to a care home. Providers are paid their full quoted rate directly by the commissioner; nothing is deducted from the provider.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, attempt to access other organisations' records, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We rate-limit and monitor access to protect the service.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any commissioner or provider, or for losses arising from the care, cleaning or transport services themselves.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
